Log into your Google Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Print Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the return slip inside your package to ensure faster processing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your device in its original box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
